Ellitria (pronounced “El-ee-tree-a”) is Silver Hill’s rehab project expert.  She reviews the rehab budgets that our Clients submit with their loans and oversees the rehab draw process, including tracking the progress of each project.  Her goal is two-fold:  1) to make sure every Client has a budget sufficient to complete the planned project, so that they can achieve the anticipated after-repaired value and 2) to make sure Silver Hill processes our Clients’ draw requests as quickly as possible.  Ellitria brings over 10 years of residential real estate experience to Silver Hill, including 5+ years overseeing rehab project reimbursement for a national consumer mortgage lender.

Ellitria resides in Dallas, Texas also known as “The Big D,” and she has a deep passion for sports. Her favorite teams are all from Dallas: the Dallas Wings, Dallas Mavericks, and Dallas Cowboys. She is convinced that the Cowboys will secure another Super Bowl victory within the next five years. “HOW ‘BOUT THEM COWBOYS? Ellitria is a mother to two children and has been described as a “Tiger Mom.” When she’s not busy, you can find her engaging in various activities: playing basketball, flag football, and enjoying video games.
