Fix-N-Flip Financing: Did you know?
- The renovation budget can exceed the purchase price.
- We offer Delayed Purchase financing, where you purchase the property in cash and then refinance within 6 months to get your cash back.
- Platinum clients are not required to take a rehab holdback (ask us about our client tiers).
- Interest is only charged on the loan amount advanced; in other words, we don’t charge on undrawn rehab holdback.
- Tenant can be in place at closing, so as long as there is an agreement in place for the tenant to leave; for example, a lease back agreement for 30 days.
