Amy oversees Silver Hill’s underwriting and closing process.  She makes sure every one of our Clients’ loans is priced and structured correctly and that they close on time!  Prior to joining Silver Hill, Amy was at HomeVestors for nearly 18 years where she developed a deep understanding and knowledge of private lending and the HomeVestors’ system.  While at HomeVestors, Amy helped run the internal lending program and got to know hundreds of current and former franchisees.

Amy lives in Garland, TX and is an avid animal lover. She’s been married for 14 years and has a 13-year-old son, 3 dogs, a turtle, and a bearded dragon.
