Closing Coordinator

Marleen runs the loan closings for many of our Clients, coordinating closely with their closing agents to ensure smooth and timely transactions.  She also helps to chase down the insurance certificates from our Clients prior to Closing!  Marleen brings over 20 years of industry experience; she has had multiple roles in various groups at our parent company, Bayview Asset Management, since 2001.

Marleen lives in Miami, FL and loves spending time with her family — which includes her husband, 3 kids, and her dog. She loves to travel, plan and host parties, dance salsa, and dine out…especially Mexican and Cuban cuisine!
