Christine Byrne

CB, as she is affectionately known, is primarily tasked with reviewing title and preparing loan documents.  Since Silver Hill is completely aligned with our Clients on title matters, she helps to make sure that our Clients are taking title to their properties without any potential issues.   CB has been at Bayview / Silver Hill since 2022.  Prior to Silver Hill, she had nearly 20 years of experience at several title / escrow companies, including Old Republic Title Company, doing risk review for residential properties and handling commercial real estate closings.

Christine lives in Akron, OH and enjoys gardening, from flowers to vegetables. She even cans her own tomato juice/sauce, which makes for some tasty chili and spaghetti sauce. When not tending to the garden, Christine enjoys going to car shows (she’s a bit of a muscle car girl), hiking, and hunting for Native American artifacts in the local farm fields.
