Michael works closely with Amalfi (see below) running the valuation process for many of Silver Hill’s loans.  Most importantly, he prepares Silver Hill’s assessment of after-repaired value.  Michael also coordinates with third party valuation providers to help ensure we receive high quality reports on a timely basis.  Immediately prior to Silver Hill, Michael spent 2 years at a New York based appraisal company, where he specialized in preparing valuations for nearly $1 billion of all types of commercial real estate. He also brings a wealth of private lending experience to the team having spent 5 years at a national lender in multiple roles.

Michael recently moved from Florida to Denver, CO where he is able to enjoy all the outdoor activities available in the mountains, including hiking and skiing.  Michael was born in the Boston area and is a big Boston sports fan.  (That’s OK…we still like him!)  He has spent the past eight years working in private lending and the commercial appraisal business.
